Guarantee:

Hind Sight Inc. wants our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 90 days, please return product to the dealer or store where purchased for full refund. Proof of purchase is necessary. If you purchased directly from Hind Sight Inc., return product to (Hind Sight Inc., P. O. Box 482, Pinckney MI. 48169), please supply proof of purchase for purchase price refund. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. 

Warranties:

Hind Sight, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its products, if used for their intended purpose, be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If the original purchaser believes a product to be defective, the purchaser shall deliver the product to Hind Sight, Inc. for examination. If Hind Sight, Inc. finds the product to be defective, Hind Sight, Inc. shall repair or replace the defective product at its discretion. This warranty is void if the returned product shows evidence of misuse, use in any manner for which it was not intended, normal wear and tear, tampering, improper repair, alteration, or damage resulting from improper storage or operation. This warranty does not apply to any product sold but not manufactured by Hind Sight, Inc. All products returned under this warranty must be shipped prepaid with a valid RA# to Hind Sight, Inc. and be accompanied by a proof of purchase receipt.

Hind Sight, Inc. makes no other warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever express or implied, and all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.

The remedies of the purchaser set forth in this statement are exclusive and the total liability of Hind Sight, Inc. with respect to the product, whether based upon contract, warranty, negligence, implementation, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Hind Sight, Inc. be liable for consequential, incidental, or other damages.
